Mike Dunlap 3-on-3 Full Court Drill

Full court 3-on-3 provides a tremendous diagnostic test to determine who on your team can and cannot play basketball. It exposes players in a meaningful way, demonstrates which players know how to win, showcases team and individual defensive capabilities, and improves cardiovascular fitness.

This drill also allows you as a coach to manipulate the rules to emphasize key principles: no dribble, only scores after entering the post, one ball screen per possession, etc.
